Personal Secretary

Preferred: Female Candidates

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organised Personal Secretary to support senior management with daily administrative and communication tasks. Candidates should have strong communication skills and fluency in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Handle phone calls, emails, and official communications
• Prepare and translate documents, letters, and reports in English and Hindi
• Maintain files, records, and office documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules
• Assist with day-to-day office administration
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Typing)
• Well-organised and responsible attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Experience:

• Freshers can also apply
• Prior experience will be an added advantage

THEA IT Solutions is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for social media, websites, ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to deliver high-quality content.
• Maintain consistency in brand visuals and style.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Understanding of video formats, transitions, color grading, and sound editing.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
